How do I worship Allah out of hope, love, and fear, attach my heart to His attributes and names, and what is the way to know Him and interpret His names and attributes?

For hope: Study the attributes of divine beauty, such as His mercy and gentleness, reflect on His blessings, and read the hadiths about Allah's forgiveness for those who affirm His oneness.

For fear: Study Allah's warning to the disobedient, reflect on His majestic attributes such as vengeance and severe punishment, and read the texts of warning.

As for love, its causes are mentioned in Fatwa no. 44725.
