Is the land of Sinai in Egypt the one where God spoke to Moses? And how did that happen?

Sinai is part of the land of Egypt. It contains Mount Tur, where Allah Almighty spoke to Moses (peace be upon him) a real speech, with a voice that Moses heard, as stated in Allah’s words: "And to Moses Allah spoke directly" (Quran 4:164) and "And when Moses came at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him" (Quran 7:143). Moses (peace be upon him) was called from the blessed tree in the sacred valley of Tuwa, as stated in Allah’s words: "And when he came to it, he was called, "O Moses, Indeed, I am your Lord, so remove your sandals. Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa." (Quran 20:11-12). It is obligatory to believe in this without asking about the 'how,' because human minds have limited capacities.
