What should a school do if it finds out that a teacher has sexually harassed female students, and then advises the students to file a complaint against him, but the school principal denies the incident despite knowing about it, and transfers her from her job, with the principal’s support for the harassing teacher on the grounds of not ending his life with such a calamity?

You have done well in your endeavor to change what is wrong. If the teacher reverts to his actions, refer the matter to someone who can deter him, and be patient with what befalls you as a result; for Allah, the Almighty, says: "And enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, that is from the matters [requiring] determination." If you fear harm or great corruption, then there is no blame upon you for remaining silent.
