Is it permissible to supplicate against annoying female classmates who cause disturbance and disrespect teachers, while sometimes forgetting to say 'As-salamu alaykum' due to haste?

It is not permissible to supplicate against students unless they have committed injustice, nor to accuse them of hypocrisy, for only Allah knows what is in hearts. It is obligatory to offer salutations (peace), and they should be advised gently and kindly. If they do not respond, their matter should be referred to those who can discipline them.
