Is it permissible for the siblings to take their inheritance from their deceased brother's house after the death of the father, who used to take the deceased son's inheritance along with the mother?

If the deceased's heirs are limited to their parents and siblings, then the mother receives one-sixth, and the remainder goes to the father. This is based on the Almighty's statement: "And for his parents, each of them gets a sixth of what he left if he had a child. But if he had no child and his parents inherited him, then his mother gets a third. But if he had siblings, then his mother gets a sixth." (An-Nisa: 11). The siblings do not inherit because the father blocks them. Upon the father's death, his estate is transferred to his legal heirs.
