Do the siblings of the grandmother inherit if she dies having grandchildren, and her son died before her?

If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, then after settling debts and executing legitimate bequests, the inheritance is divided as follows: The children of the previously deceased son inherit ta'ṣīb (by strong agnatic ties), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty’s saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." As for the full brother and sister, they inherit nothing, as they are blocked by the son's children. Thus, the inheritance is divided into eight shares: two shares for each grandson, and one share for each granddaughter. We would like to point out that inheritance issues are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa; rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation.
