What is the ruling on benefiting from a government treatment card obtained by providing incorrect information, given the wife's remorse and desire to dispose of it, the husband's refusal, and what should she do regarding the treatment of her children?

It is not permissible, according to Islamic law, to obtain the card through deception and forgery. The wife must convince her husband to cancel it. If he does not, then she is absolved of responsibility, but the card remains impermissible for her or her children to use. She must spend from her own private funds and reduce unnecessary expenses. It must be noted that the expenses for a wife's treatment and medicine are not obligatory upon the husband according to the majority of scholars. "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out, and will provide for him from where he does not expect."
