ما المقصود بإنكار المنكر بالقلب؟

Denouncing evil in one's heart occurs when a Muslim is unable to change it with their hand or tongue, and it is the weakest form of faith. It involves disliking and abhorring the evil, and feeling sadness and distress over the inability to change it, while asking Allah for assistance. If a person is able to leave a place where Allah is being disobeyed, they must depart from it, and it is not sufficient to merely denounce it in one's heart.
