What is the ruling on a contractor agreeing with a company to recruit workers for 200 Saudi Riyals per worker, then agreeing with the workers on a wage of 150 Saudi Riyals, given that the company is responsible for the worker and the contractor pays his salary?

We understand from the question that the contractor hires workers for a known wage, and then leases them to the company for more than what he paid them, and there is no harm in this. It is permissible for the lessee to rent out the object to someone who takes his place for the same rent or more. This is the apparent view of the Maliki and Shafi'i schools, and it is permissible according to the sound opinion for the same rent, more, or less.
