Is it permissible to remove the khimar that is forbidden in the questioner’s country in order to learn to read the Qur’an, or is it better to abandon learning?

A woman's wearing of the khimar (head covering) is a religious obligation because her hair is awrah (parts of the body that must be covered), and it is not permissible to leave it uncovered. Learning Al-Fatihah is an individual obligation for the validity of prayer, and effort must be made to learn it correctly. As for other parts of the Quran, if it is possible to learn them without abandoning the khimar or falling into something forbidden, then it is good. Otherwise, it is not permissible.
