Will Allah accept the repentance of a person who frequently swears not to do something and then does it, despite performing the obligatory duties and trying not to repeat that?

Repentance is accepted from whoever performs it fulfilling its conditions. As for swearing by Allah, you should not do it excessively, in compliance with the words of Allah Almighty: "And guard your oaths." If you swear and then break your oath, expiation becomes obligatory upon you, which is feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If you are unable to do that, then you must fast for three consecutive days, to be more cautious. The cure for anger is through knowledge and action. As for knowledge, it is through six matters: contemplating the virtue of suppressing rage, frightening oneself with Allah's punishment, warning against the consequences of enmity, contemplating the ugliness of the image of anger, contemplating the reason for revenge, and knowing that anger is an objection to Allah's will. As for action: by seeking refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, sitting down if you are standing, lying down if you are sitting, and performing ablution or bathing with cold water.
