Is it permissible for the landlord to evict the tenant due to the presence of a satellite dish (satellite) with him, and would the landlord be sinful for not evicting him?

This device (television) has more evil than good, and the vast majority of its users do not guard against its evil. Many of them use it to watch forbidden things. Therefore, it is not permissible to help anyone acquire it except for those who restrict its use to what is permissible. One must advise those who use it improperly, and this is supported by Hadiths such as: "Religion is sincere advice," "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand," and "Indeed, if people see a wrongdoer and do not restrain him." However, the landlord does not have the right to revoke a valid lease if the tenant exhibits فسق (open transgression), and this is by agreement of the four Imams. Therefore, if the landlord is not certain that the tenant will use the device for permissible purposes, he must advise him. If he does not accept, the landlord should not renew the lease upon its expiration, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression).
