Is all of Allah Almighty's speech the Qur'an? And will His speech on the Day of Resurrection, at the time of reckoning, be considered Qur'an? And is it correct to say that Allah Almighty interprets the Qur'an? And how do we understand His saying, the Most High: "He will inform you of that wherein you differed"?

The Quran, in its specific terminological sense, is the word of Allah revealed to Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, for the purpose of demonstrating His miraculous power and for worship, and which is written in the mushafs (copies of the Quran). As for other words of Allah, such as the Torah, the Gospel, and the Psalms, they are not referred to as Quran in this specific terminological sense, even though it might be permissible to call them such linguistically. And the words of Allah are endless.

The sayings of Allah Almighty: "Where are My 'partners' whom you used to claim?" and "What was the response you gave to the Messengers?" and "Remain disgraced therein and do not speak to Me!" are from the words of Allah on the Day of Resurrection, and are not part of the Quran in its specific terminological sense, except for what Allah revealed as revelation to His Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and was written in the mushaf.

The Quran is explained by the Quran itself, and Allah revealed the Quran for its clarification to people. As for Allah's explanation of the Quran on the Day of Resurrection, there is no sound evidence for it. Some weak hadiths have been narrated about Allah reciting the Quran on the Day of Resurrection to the people of the Standing (on the Day of Judgment) and the people of Paradise.

The saying of Allah Almighty: "To Allah is your return, all of you, and He will inform you of that in which you used to differ" means that Allah will inform His servants on the Day of Resurrection about the truth concerning which they differed, so He will reward the truthful and punish the disbelievers.
