What is the ruling on sending the files of employees - who hold unlawful positions - to the main center, which results in the calculation of their retirement benefits, given that the company grants paid leaves of up to 106 days per year?

It is not permissible to work in a job that involves finalizing usurious loan procedures, because that is considered aiding in usury, the perpetrator, scribe, witness, and helper of which have been cursed. Allah Almighty says: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.﴾ So, the one who aids in usury is a partner in sin, and it is obligatory to beware of any work that assists in it.

As for submitting an employee's file for appointment, if they will be appointed to a single prohibited job, then it is not permissible to submit their file. However, if there are other permissible jobs besides the prohibited one, then there is no objection to that.
