Given that the foundation of compatibility lies in religion and character, guardians may consider other worldly matters such as educational level, cultural background, and financial status to foster understanding and stability in marital life. Therefore, you may advise your daughter, but if she insists on marrying a man of good character and religion, it is not permissible to prevent her. Recall the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah does not look at your forms or your bodies or your wealth, but He looks at your hearts and your deeds."
