Is it permissible to wipe over the khuff (leather socks) during wudu to purify oneself from madhi (pre-seminal fluid), and is the prayer valid with this wudu?

The emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) nullifies ablution (wudu) but does not necessitate a ritual bath (ghusl). One must perform ablution when intending to pray or engage in any act that requires ritual purity from minor impurity. Some scholars have obligated washing the male organ when cleansing from madhy. It is permissible to wipe over leather socks (khuffayn) for someone from whom madhy has been emitted.
