What is the ruling on working for Oriflame, with clarification on some points related to the company's work system and discounts, and are we required to investigate the customer's use of the products?

We have previously clarified in earlier fatwas that subscribing to the aforementioned company and its marketing system is impermissible, as long as the subscription involves a fee paid by the subscriber, even if indirect, such as the price of a commodity or the fee for an unintended service. The subscriber's sole aim is to gain profits, and they may achieve what they desire and profit, or not and lose. Furthermore, some of the subscriber's fees are known, while others are contingent upon an unknown factor, which is the outcome of the activities of those in their network, and this is not permissible.
