Is it permissible to employ Jews, and what is the concept of the expulsion of Jews mentioned in the hadiths, with details regarding their presence in Medina after they were expelled from it?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded the expulsion of the Jews from the Arabian Peninsula, stating that two religions shall not coexist therein. This is a Sharia ruling that prevents the continued presence of a polytheist therein. Their previous presence in Medina and Khaybar was prior to the order for their expulsion, which was issued during the Prophet’s last illness and subsequently carried out by Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
