How can a woman atone for her backbiting and mockery in women's gatherings over many years, which has caused her immeasurable injustices, based on the noble Hadith: "Whoever has wronged his brother concerning his honor or anything else, let him seek his forgiveness today before there is no dinar or dirham; if he has good deeds, some of them will be taken proportionate to his injustice, and if he has no good deeds, then some of the evil deeds of his wronged brother will be taken and burdened upon him"?

The tongue is perilous, and every word uttered is recorded. Therefore, guard your tongue from speaking except for that which contains benefit. Distance yourself from mockery and backbiting, for they are two afflictions of the tongue. Allah has forbidden them, as He says: "O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them," and "nor backbite some of you others."

Backbiting is among the major sins, and repentance from it is obligatory through regret and ceasing the act.

If it is possible to seek forgiveness from the one you backbit, without causing harm, then do so. Otherwise, suffice with seeking forgiveness for them and mentioning them positively in the situations where you backbit them. This is the choice of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.
