Does the husband fall outside the scope of "whoever can find a way to it" and is Hajj waived for him this year, with his intention to postpone it until next year due to the availability of vacations and job stability, or does capability lie in physical strength and provisions, and when these are met, postponement is not obligatory? And what is more優先: visiting family or saving for Hajj?

The obligation of Hajj includes physical and financial capability. Financial capability is interpreted as possessing sufficient funds for the journey to and from Makkah, provided these funds are in excess of one's essential needs, lawful expenses, debt repayment, and what suffices him and his family upon his return.

If a husband possesses surplus funds beyond the needs of his family and children, Hajj becomes immediately obligatory upon him. As for the fear of job instability, it can be an excuse to postpone Hajj if it is a genuine fear, and it is highly probable that traveling will lead to losing the job. Otherwise, it should be disregarded, and he must rely on Allah, for Allah promises sustenance to those who obey Him. Hajj takes precedence over visiting family; it is a lifelong obligation.
