Is it correct for me to say that Allah did not accept the charity of a woman who gave half a dirham for the construction of a mosque while she was resentful?

The acceptance of deeds is up to Allah Almighty, and no one can definitively say whether a person's deed is accepted or rejected. However, giving charity unwillingly is a strong indication of non-acceptance. One of the greatest reasons for the acceptance of charity is the cheerfulness of the soul in giving it, as Allah Almighty said: ﴿And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking means to the approval of Allah and assuring [reward for] themselves is like that of a garden on a elevation.﴾ (Al-Baqarah: 265), and as stated in the Hadith: "There are three things, whoever does them, has tasted the taste of faith: he who worships Allah Alone and that there is no god but Allah, and gives the Zakat of his wealth with a cheerful soul." Therefore, there is no harm in saying: "I fear that her charity may not be accepted," but one should not definitively state that a person's charity is not accepted.
