She must seek Allah's cover and not tell anyone about what she has done. She must frequently seek Allah's forgiveness and engage in sincere repentance by regretting her action and resolving not to repeat it. And let her increase in good deeds, for indeed, good deeds erase evil deeds. And let her have a good opinion of Allah Almighty, for He forgives those who repent with sincere repentance, and "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
