Is it permissible for the wife to keep her husband's devices and possessions in exchange for what she spent on him and on the house?

It is not permissible for the wife to demand maintenance that she previously waived.
From the moment the wife demands maintenance after waiving it, it becomes obligatory upon the husband. If he does not provide for her, she may take from his wealth what suffices her according to what is customary.
If the wife is unable to obtain her maintenance, she may refer the matter to the court to impose the maintenance.
If the husband is completely incapable of providing maintenance, the wife may refer the matter to the Sharia court. Scholars have two opinions on this issue: separation between the spouses, or no separation.
The wife does not have the right to take appliances and belongings owned by the husband.
