Is the wife sinful for seeking divorce from her husband who sleeps with his daughter in the same room, leaving her alone, and who insults and mistreats her, forces her to stay with his family, takes her gold, and demands the annulment of the deferred mahr?

It is not permissible to combine the wife and the adult, discerning son of the husband in one dwelling. She has the right to refuse this, unless it is with her consent. However, if the son is young and does not understand intercourse, the Hanafis permit this. The Malikis, however, believe that the wife is not allowed to refuse to live with him if she knew of his presence at the time of the marriage contract or consummation. But if she did not know of him, and the young child has a guardian other than his father, then she has the right to refuse. If he has no guardian other than his father, then she does not have the right to refuse.
