If the deceased left no heirs other than those mentioned, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. The four daughters receive two-thirds, divided equally among them. Whatever remains after the wife's and daughters' shares goes to the full paternal uncle. His mental incapacity does not prevent him from inheriting. The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: three for the wife, sixteen for the daughters (four for each), and five shares for the full paternal uncle. There is no inheritance for paternal uncles or aunts who are not full siblings (of the deceased's father) due to the presence of daughters, nor for the deceased paternal uncle's son due to the presence of the full paternal uncle. It is recommended to consult courts for the division of inheritances.
