It is not permissible for a sales agent to sell at a price higher than that specified by the principal in order to take the difference for himself without the principal's knowledge. This is a wrongful appropriation of people's wealth, and the increase belongs to the principal. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to sell mobile phones at retail price and take the difference between it and the wholesale price without the company owner's knowledge. It is obligatory to repent and return the money taken in this manner to the company.
