What is the ruling on an urfi (common law) marriage, or a misyar (convenience) marriage, or a mut'ah (temporary) marriage, or any other type of marriage for a married man whose wife evades conjugal relations?

It is the husband's right that his wife responds to his call to the bed, and it is not permissible for her to refuse without a legitimate excuse; otherwise, she would be disobedient and rebellious. The husband should investigate the reasons for her aversion and work to remove them, whether they are psychological, requiring consultation with specialists, or due to an evil eye or magic, necessitating ruqyah sharia. As for Misyar and customary marriages, reference should be made to their specific fatwas, and temporary marriage (mut'ah) is invalid and abrogated.
