Is it permissible to pay the deferred Zakat in monthly installments to a needy brother, with the intention of helping him and preserving one's savings?

First: It is permissible to give zakat to a poor or needy brother, or to one who is in debt.

Second: Zakat must be paid immediately upon the completion of its year (hawl). It is not permissible to delay it except for a valid excuse or an overriding benefit, such as the absence of eligible recipients. It is permissible to delay it for a short period to await a relative who is eligible for it.

Third: If it is necessary to pay the zakat to your brother in installments, you can inform him that you hold a certain amount of money for him, and that it will be a trust with you, which you will give him each month, provided that you do not benefit from this money.

Fourth: It is permissible to pay zakat in advance for coming years in installments, provided that the zakat is calculated at the end of the year and any remaining amount is paid immediately if it exists.
