Is it permissible to specify the Sunnah with the Qur’an, and are there examples of this?

The majority of scholars agree on the permissibility of specifying the Sunnah by the Qur'an, because their source is one; both are revelation and clarification. Scholars have used as evidence for this the Almighty's saying: ﴿AND WE HAVE SENT DOWN TO YOU THE BOOK AS A CLARIFICATION FOR ALL THINGS﴾.

Examples of this include: 1. Specifying the Hadith: "I WAS COMMANDED TO FIGHT PEOPLE UNTIL THEY TESTIFY THAT THERE IS NO GOD BUT ALLAH..." with the Almighty's saying: ﴿FIGHT THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN ALLAH... UNTIL THEY GIVE THE JIZYAH (TRIBUTE)﴾, whereby fighting is stopped against those who give the Jizyah. 2. Specifying the Hadith: "THE PRAYER OF ONE WHO IS IN A STATE OF HADATH IS NOT ACCEPTED UNTIL HE PERFORMS WUDU (ABLUTION)" with the Almighty's saying: ﴿AND IF YOU DO NOT FIND WATER, THEN PERFORM TAYAMMUM WITH CLEAN EARTH﴾, whereby the prayer of one who performs Tayammum is accepted when water is not available. 3. Specifying the Hadith: "WHAT IS SEVERED FROM A LIVESTOCK ANIMAL WHILE IT IS ALIVE IS CONSIDERED DEAD MEAT" with the Almighty's saying: ﴿AND FROM ITS WOOLS, FURS, AND HAIRS, FURNITURE AND ENJOYMENT FOR A TIME﴾, whereby it is permissible to use the wool, hair, and fur severed from a livestock animal while it is alive.
