Is it prescribed for women to say the restricted takbir after the prayers from the day of Arafah until the last of the days of Tashreeq?

Scholars have differed on the permissibility of women saying the Takbir after prayers during the days of restricted Takbir. The majority opinion is that it is permissible, whether they pray in congregation or individually. The Hanbalis held that it is not permissible if they pray alone. Another narration from them is that it is permissible for women to do so even if they are alone, and this is the more correct view, because the statement of Allah Almighty: "And remember Allah during [specific] numbered days" is general and does not specify anyone.
