What is the ruling on one who follows the Imam in prayer by listening, and is it obligatory to face the Qiblah when performing ablution?

It is permissible to prompt the Imam (or correct him) if needed. It is also commendable to face the Qiblah while performing ablution (Wudu'), although it is not obligatory according to the jurists of the four schools of thought. Among the virtues of ablution are facing the Qiblah, having a conscious intention, and performing it in a clean place.
