Should the money designated for orphans be disbursed in the same value in the currency of the country where it was given, or in its equivalent in the currency of the country where it will be disbursed?

If the donor or principal specifies a particular entity or country for the charity, their stipulation must be adhered to, because an agent acts only within the scope of the authority granted to them. The default is to disburse the funds to the orphans in the country where the money was given, especially if that country is poorer and more deserving. It is not permissible to transfer the charity to another country unless the owner of the money grants permission. If the owner of the money does not prohibit spending in another country, or requests it, the agent is only obligated to disburse the equivalent of the donated amount in local currency.
