What is the ruling on someone who entered into a state of Ihram from Makkah on the seventh day and went on the same day to Mina and spent the nights of the seventh and eighth there, then went to Arafah on the morning of the ninth day?

Whoever enters into ihram for Hajj before the Day of Tarwiyah (the 8th of Dhu al-Hijjah) during the months of Hajj, such as on the seventh of Dhu al-Hijjah, their ihram is valid. If they then perform the remaining pillars of Hajj, their Hajj is valid. There is no harm in hastening to Mina before the Day of Tarwiyah, even though some jurists consider it disliked to hasten to Mina before the Day of Tarwiyah or to Arafat before its designated day.
