Is it permissible for a woman experiencing irregular bleeding (mustahadah) to enter the Grand Mosque in Mecca and perform the rituals of 'Umrah, such as the circumambulation (tawaf) and the ritual walking (sa'i)?

A woman experiencing Istihada (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) is subject to the rulings for ritually pure women. She may pray, fast, recite the Quran, enter the mosque, circumambulate the Kaaba, and perform all her religious rituals, provided she takes precautions to avoid contaminating the mosque.
