Are the deep, eye-like ornaments and nucleus-shaped symbols found in Qnet company's necklaces and products considered polytheism, and what is the ruling on using them?

It is not permissible to use what are called bio-discs and bio-necklaces to benefit from their energy, because their benefit has not been proven through experimentation and empirical observation. Anything whose benefit has not been proven, whether legislatively or empirically, is not permissible to seek benefit from.

The causes that Allah has made causes are of two types: The first: Legislative causes, such as the Qur’an and supplication (Du’a). The second: Empirical causes, such as material medicines. A condition for this type is that its effect must be direct, not based on illusion or imagination.

Therefore, anything that has not been proven to be a legislative or empirical cause is not permissible to be considered a cause. If one considers it a cause, it is a form of contending with Allah Almighty in His dominion and associating partners with Him, as it implies sharing with Allah Almighty in establishing causes for their effects.
