Do the fatwas of Islamweb, which permit the non-occurrence of divorce for that which is falsely reported, contradict the Prophetic Hadith: "What is the matter with people who play with the boundaries of Allah and mock His verses?! 'I divorce you,' 'I take you back,' 'I divorce you,' 'I take you back'"?

The jester's divorce is valid according to the consensus of jurists. However, one who falsely claims to have divorced his wife has not divorced her, and the preponderant opinion according to us is that his divorce is not valid. The difference between the two is that the jester's statement is an act of initiating divorce, while his acknowledgment of it is a report that may be true or false.
