Does divorce take effect by saying "I am divorced" falsely on dating websites with the intention of future divorce?

If the inquirer encounters conflicting fatwas, he should act upon what he believes to be most likely true. This can be done either by examining the evidence for each fatwa and acting upon the strongest one, if he is capable of doing so, or by following the most trustworthy scholar in his view, if he is not qualified to examine the evidence. If the opinions are equally balanced in his view and no single opinion is preponderant, then he may adopt the easiest one, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship."
