Is it obligatory for someone who suffers from constant flatulence and only prays Jumu'ah to repeat ablution if flatulence occurs during ablution for Jumu'ah prayer, or before performing it (during the sermon), or even during Jumu'ah prayer itself?

An adult, sane Muslim has no excuse for abandoning the five daily prayers, and abandoning them intentionally is a grave sin and a major transgression. A person afflicted with chronic flatulence must maintain the prayers at their prescribed times. If the emission of wind stops for a period sufficient for purification and prayer, then he must wait for this time. If the emission of wind continues throughout the entire prayer time, he should perform ablution after the time for prayer begins and pray the obligatory prayer and any voluntary prayers he wishes, and he will not be harmed by any continuous discharge of impurity until the prayer time expires. It is permissible for him to perform ablution before Zawal (midday) for the Friday prayer if performing ablution after Zawal would cause hardship or fear of missing the Friday prayer.
