Should a girl continue her engagement to a righteous and loving young man, despite not feeling the desire to complete the relationship with him?

One must hold on to a righteous and religious husband who fears his Lord and thank Allah for this blessing. One should also thank the wali al-amr (guardian) who chose him as a husband, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If there comes to you one whose religion and character you approve, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and great corruption."

Moreover, a woman who seeks divorce without a valid reason is forbidden the scent of Paradise, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without any harm (afflicting her), then the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her."

It is advisable to draw closer to the husband and increase the love between the two parties. The marital relationship is not a game in which a woman seeks divorce at the slightest negative feeling. One must obey the husband and strive in everything that brings you closer to each other, unless it involves disobedience to Allah.
