How sound is the saying: “O Allah, this is the approach of Your night and the departure of Your day and the voice of Your supplication and the presence of Your prayer, so forgive me,” at the time of Maghrib Adhan?

The hadith, "O Allah, this is the approach of Your night, and the departure of Your day, and the sounds of Your callers, so forgive me," narrated by Umm Salama, is weak due to the anonymity of its narrator, Abu Kathir, the freed slave of Umm Salama. However, some scholars permitted supplicating with it because it is a supplication and a praise of Allah.
