This supplication is not one of the morning remembrances; rather, it is from the remembrances of Jihad, as indicated by the context of Rifaa al-Zuraqi's hadith on the Day of Uhud. As for the rest of the mentioned supplication, it has not been reported in the transmitted texts, and there is no harm in it in principle. However, inviting people to adhere to it in the morning may fall under additive innovations (bid'ah idafiyyah).
