Is the remembrance "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created" said in the morning and evening, or only in the evening?

This supplication (dhikr) is restricted to the evening remembrances only, due to what Muslim narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to a person who had been stung by a scorpion: "Had you said, when evening came: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created,' it would not have harmed you." It is also restricted to travel, due to what Muslim narrated from Salamah bint Hakeem that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever stops at a place and then says: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created,' nothing will harm him until he departs from that place."
