Is it permissible to distribute portions of the Udhiyah to non-Muslims in non-Muslim countries?

The Malikis held the view that it is disliked to feed disbelievers from the sacrificial meat (Adahi). The Shafi'is held that it is forbidden to give disbelievers from an obligatory sacrifice and disliked to do so from a recommended sacrifice. Some scholars permitted giving to non-hostile disbelievers. However, it is preferable not to give non-Muslims from the sacrificial meat, especially given the need of many Muslims. As for sending the sacrifice to another country, it is preferable not to do so, to avoid the disagreement of those who prohibited its transfer, unless there is a significant benefit.
