Is parental hatred a sin if it results from their abuse and their causing the destruction of their children's lives, despite the children's previous attempts to honor and love them?

Heartfelt actions in which a person has no control, such as a heart's inclination, are not subject to accountability. The proof of this is the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "O Allah, this is my division in what I possess, so do not blame me for what You possess and I do not possess." Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. Therefore, if the feeling of dislike towards parents is unintentional and does not lead to disobedience or neglect of their rights, then there is no sin in it; rather, it is merely a feeling due to their causing harm. It is obligatory to show them affection through words and actions, maintain ties with them, and treat them kindly, even if they wrong you.
