Is the absence of a girl from her workplace on the expected day considered a sign that the Istikhara was not good?

If a person seeks Allah's guidance concerning a matter and feels content about it, they should proceed with it and not consider ordinary occurrences that may arise as deterrents from the matter for which guidance was sought, such as the absence of the woman the questioner wished to see.
