Is it permissible to uncover the face before a paternal female cousin's son and perhaps his brothers or their sisters' husbands when they visit to see a suitor without the girl's knowledge, especially if the girl wears a niqab and wishes to maintain it?

It is permissible for a woman to uncover her face and hands before a suitor who wishes to propose to her, so that he may see from her what would encourage him to marry her. This is the view of the majority of scholars. However, it is not permissible for her to do so before other non-mahram (definition) men.
