What is the ruling on mentioning the faults of those who openly showed hostility towards Islam after their death, and what is the ruling on rejoicing at their death, given the hadith: "Mention the good qualities of your dead"?

If a person openly declares hostility towards Islam and plots against it and Muslims, then he is not a Muslim and has no sanctity. Rather, he is one of the enemies of Allah. Clarifying his evil state is obligatory, just as it is the advice of the Imams to warn against misguidance and innovations. Rejoicing at the death of such individuals is a good deed and a virtue that indicates faith, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, rejoiced at the death of Abu Jahl and Ka'b ibn al-Ashraf. The hadith "Mention the good qualities of your dead" is weak, and even if it were authentic, it applies only to deceased Muslims who have good deeds worth mentioning, and there is no benefit in exposing their condition.
