When are deeds raised to Allah on Mondays and Thursdays?

There is no specific time mentioned for the presentation of deeds on Mondays and Thursdays. However, the apparent meaning of the hadiths indicates that the presentation occurs during the time of fasting, i.e., between dawn and sunset, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) statement: "Deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting."
