What is the wisdom behind the Prophet's fasting on Mondays and Thursdays for the presentation of deeds while he is fasting, and his fasting of the middle of Sha'ban for the inscription of lifespans while he is fasting?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays because deeds are presented to Allah Almighty on these days, and he said, “I love for my deeds to be presented while I am fasting.”

As for fasting in the month of Sha’ban, it is because deeds are raised to the Lord of the Worlds during it, and the Prophet loved for his deeds to be raised while he was fasting.

There is no contradiction between deeds being raised on Mondays and Thursdays and in Sha’ban. The raising of deeds occurs in different ways: the deeds of the year are raised in Sha’ban, the deeds of the week are raised on Mondays and Thursdays, and the deeds of the day and night are raised at their end.
