Is it permissible for a father to divide his wealth equally among his children (two sons and a daughter) with their consent?

Justice among children in giving gifts is obligatory. Scholars have two opinions regarding giving the male like the female, or like the share of two females. There is no harm in what your father does, as long as it is with the consent of all the children.
